Throughout her career, Amy has demonstrated exceptional success in building and leading elite dance programs. She designed and expanded Harford County’s first comprehensive dance program, growing enrollment from 20 to over 130 students while creating meaningful community partnerships and performance opportunities. Her competitive choreography and leadership have resulted in 37 National Titles, 4 International Titles, and a Grand International Championship with the Aberdeen High School Dance Company, as well as a #1 national ranking in high school hip-hop. She also coached Kenwood High School to its first National Championship.

As the founder of E-Street Dance Academy in 2014, Amy oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, marketing, curriculum development, and company direction. Under her leadership, E-Street has become a respected force in the competitive dance community, highlighted by winning Outstanding Studio at NYCDA Hershey Nationals along with many top-scoring studio titles. She continues to choreograph, produce, and direct large-scale performances while maintaining a strong focus on dancer development, accountability, and artistic excellence.

In addition to her studio work, Amy serves as a Dance Teacher and Program Manager, where she integrates dance into the academic curriculum and aligns instruction with AVID and IB-MYP frameworks. She is also an experienced mentor, guest lecturer, and curriculum designer, contributing to the growth of future educators and dance programs across the region.
